move on the oche?

there is a a lot of conjecture on this one.

If your dart blocks your next throw what do you do.

Well, you can move from left to right on the oche.
BUT this will affect your stance etc,  it is possible to move and be able to line up again just as you were but it takes a lot of practice.

The best thing for someone who is not a seasoned professional is to just simply aim at the next points down.
ie tripple 19 is not to bad.

If you move and affect your balkance and positioning you might risk more that the 3 points in swapping from tripple 20 to tripple 19.

So in short it is better to give up a little than a lot.

Remember,  consistancey is the name of the game.

Scoring more high scoring shots than the guy you are trying to beat.
