Hamilton reached the quarter-finals of the Las Vegas Desert Classic
Andy Hamilton claimed another major scalp when he beat number four seed Peter Manley at the Stan James World Matchplay in Blackpool on Monday.

Hamilton, who accounted for Raymond van Barneveld in the qualifying tournament, now faces Adrian Lewis, who edged Matt Clark 10-6, in the second round.

Rising star Adrian Lewis advanced to the second round of the Stan James World Matchplay in Blackpool today with a 10-6 win over Matt Clark.

The 21-year-old Stoke sensation, who practises with 13-time world champion Phil 'The Power' Taylor, produced a mid-game surge before closing out victory with a successful attempt at double six.
